Can I exchange or return my order?

All purchases are FINAL SALE. We are currently a small business with very limited inventory. We will revisit this policy in the near future.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at sayitback@lymswim.com. We cannot guarantee your change request. 

 

What if I entered the incorrect address?

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address please email us at sayitback@lymswim.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct this for you but there is no guarantee. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any changes. 

 

What if my package is lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If there is something wrong with your order please email us at sayitback@lymswim.com with your name, order number and a quick description of the issue. We gotchu :)

 

Duties & Customs

Love You More Swim is not responsible for duties and other customs charges. This is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Where is LYM swim made?

All Love You More Swim is designed and made at home  in Toronto, Canada. For more information about our fabric sourcing and production, let's chat! Email us at sayitback@lymswim.com or DM us @lymswim. 

 

Are your practices sustainable and ethical?

We are making the conscious decision to pick sustainable and ethical options wherever we can. All of our pieces are created from deadstock and high quality fabric sourced locally within North America. We ship LYM in 100% compostable mailers, which can be composted both at home and commercially. We do our best to source all things lym close to home, working with Canadian suppliers in support of small businesses. 

 

What currency do you charge?

CAD.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! Please select Toronto Pickup Only at checkout. We will get in touch with you to arrange a pickup time. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. With a few exceptions.
